Refund policy

At Zayna’s Cosmetics, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Zayna’s Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
